Demon Slayer broke records as one of the most-watched Anime in history on 25 September 2021, as 11 million screens across the globe played Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train. Additionally, this popular Anime spent 18 weeks at the top of Japan’s Charts while simultaneously taking the rest of the world by storm. Since season 2 has wrapped up, fans wait on the edge of their seats in anticipation of the next installment of Tanjiro’s adventures. Luckily, a welcomed distraction was given by the Manga genius, Koyoharu Gotouge, in the form of a detailed coloring book full of original Demon Slayer-themed artworks.

And some more:

The pages of the official Demon Slayer coloring book reveal seventy sophisticated line drawings and is suitable for all ages - no need to “buy it for your nephew”, adults can enjoy it too. The book is slightly larger than A5, measuring 184 x 257cm, so the scale of the artwork is not too intimidating for novice artists. Keeping to the popular Anime tradition, not all the imagery is epic, stern, and serious, as Gotouge snuck some light-hearted humor into the works.

Fans should keep in mind that they all possess artistic freedom and that it ia not necessarily copy the color pallets directly from the Demon Slayer Anime if they so chose. Keep in mind, the Manga’s original artist, Gotouge released a coloring book instead of an artist’s catalog. He undoubtedly had the intention of unlocking the artist that is hiding inside each and every Anime fan. This is therefore an opportunity to get the creative juices flowing, and many will likely dabble in fan art creation by adding their own flair to the beautiful linework depicting their favorite Demon Slayer characters.
